【5/28高松公演会場変更のお知らせとお詫び】
いつもcoldrainを応援していただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、5月28日に予定しております「SHIKOKU / 47TOUR 2026」高松公演につきまして、
当方の管理不備により、予定枚数を上回るチケットの当選受付を行っていた事実が判明いたしました。
本件により、多くの皆様にご迷惑とご不便をおかけいたしますこと、心より深くお詫び申し上げます。
各所と協議を重ねた結果、当選受付をさせていただいたすべてのお客様にご来場いただけるよう、
当初ご案内しておりました会場から、徒歩約10分の近隣会場へ変更させていただくこととなりました。
旧：高松DIME
新：festhalle （会場へのアクセスはこちら）
※公演日程および開場・開演時間に変更はございません。
また、今回の会場変更に伴い、高松DIMEの皆様にも多大なるご迷惑をおかけしましたこと、重ねてお詫び申し上げます。
本公演を楽しみにしてくださっていた皆様、ならびに関係者の皆様に、このようなご案内となりましたことを、改めて深くお詫び申し上げます。
特に、高松DIMEでの公演を楽しみにされていた皆様のお気持ちを思うと、大変心苦しく存じます。
なお、本公演のチケットは新会場にてそのまま有効となります。
ご来場の際は、お間違いのないよう、会場をご確認の上、お越しくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
また、本件によりご来場が困難となったお客様には、払い戻し対応を行わせていただきます。
払い戻し方法および受付期間等の詳細につきましては、準備が整い次第、速やかにご案内いたします。
なお、会場変更に伴う収容人数に関しまして既にチケットをご購入いただいているお客様を優先させていただくため、販売総枚数は500枚とさせていただきます。

[Notice of Venue Change for May 28 Takamatsu Show and Apology]
Thank you for your continued support of coldrain.
We regret to inform you that for the “SHIKOKU / 47 TOUR 2026” Takamatsu show scheduled for May 28, it has come to our attention that, due to an internal administrative error, we accepted winning ticket applications exceeding the originally planned capacity.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this has caused to all affected.
After careful discussion with all relevant parties, we have decided to change the venue to a nearby location (approximately a 10-minute walk away) in order to accommodate all customers who were successfully accepted.
Previous Venue: Takamatsu DIME
New Venue: festhalle (Access to the venue)
There are no changes to the show date, opening time, or start time.
We would also like to extend our sincere apologies to everyone at Takamatsu DIME for any inconvenience caused by this change.
To all fans who were looking forward to this performance, as well as to everyone involved, we deeply apologize for this announcement. We especially understand the disappointment of those who were looking forward to the show at Takamatsu DIME, and we sincerely regret the situation.
Please note that all tickets will remain valid at the new venue.
When attending the show, please make sure to confirm the correct venue in advance.
For customers who are unable to attend due to this change, refunds will be available.
Details regarding the refund process and application period will be announced as soon as preparations are complete.
Additionally, due to venue capacity considerations, priority will be given to customers who have already purchased tickets, and the total number of tickets available for sale will be limited to 500 tickets.
